Hamish was admitted to the Bar in 2006 and has since developed a diverse practice.
Hamish specialises in all areas of intellectual property: trade marks, copyright, patents and designs, as well as passing off and related consumer law, and confidential information.
Hamish regularly practises in administrative law, particularly migration cases.
Hamish appears in the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (formerly the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia), and also has experience in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and at hearings before IP Australia.
