Justine Beaumont was called to the Bar in 2008 after a career at Allens. She was appointed Senior Counsel in 2022
Justine has nearly 30 years of commercial litigation experience, with a particular focus on intellectual property (including copyright, trade marks, patents, passing off and confidential information) and media, technology and telecommunications law. Justine’s expertise extends to consumer law, equity and general commercial law. She also has considerable experience in dealing with urgent applications, especially interlocutory injunctions in the Federal Court.
Justine has appeared for participants in a wide range of industries such as the media, film, music, technology, telecommunications, shipping, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer goods, sports and fitness industries, as well as for Government.
Her expertise has been recognised in all the major legal directories including Doyle’s Guide, Chambers and Partners Global, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
